Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans; however, we are committed to ensuring you love every brew and will gladly replace any damaged or incorrect orders.
Return Process

Email our customer support within 14 days of your delivery date with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged items or shipping errors, please include a clear photo of the product and packaging to help us expedite your request.
- 3.Receive Resolution
Our team will review your request and either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement immediately.
- 4.Recycle or Enjoy
If a replacement is sent, there is no need to mail the original product back to us—feel free to share it with a friend or dispose of it responsibly.
