We roast and ship our beans in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via standard ground shipping.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings tailored for drip, espresso, or cold brew.
Can I return a bag of coffee if I don't like the taste?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
How should I store my Rook Coffee beans?
To maintain flavor, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the oils and aroma of the beans.
